FAQ

*HOW OFTEN SHOULD I BRUSH MY DOG'S COAT ?

Brushing is essential to distribute the natural oils, which produces a healthy and glowing coat. Pets should be brushed at least every three days to eliminate mats and tangles.

Ask us to provide a professional assessment of your dog's coat in order to determine an optimal grooming regimen as well as techniques and specific brushes for use at home in between spa visits.

*HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PET NEEDS NAIL TRIMMING ?

Left unchecked, nails can grow painfully long. If your pet is standing upright and nails are touching the ground, this is a good indicator that nails need to be trimmed. Taking walks on pavement also helps to buff nails down.

*IS IT NECESSARY TO BRUSH MY DOG'S TEETH ?

Regular tooth brushing helps prevent periodontal disease which is one of the most common health problems they experience. Providing pets with sterilized bones, string toys, & unbleached rawhide are just a few items that also help.

*HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY PUPPY FOR GROOMING ?

Begin early with your puppy by massaging ears, paws, teeth and gums, and even light brushing. More often than not, they will not be bothered by a grooming experience. It's also a good way to bond with your pet!
